CNC MACHINIST

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machining (CNC lathe and/or CNC milling).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings independently
• Experience with Fanuc, Mazak, or similar control systems (e.g., Haas, Siemens, Heidenhain).
• Understanding of machining processes and ability to plan machining strategies.
• Competence in measuring and fixturing techniques.
•  Independent and proactive working attitude.
• Good English skills for communication and understanding instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical training in machining is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines.
• Use Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, Siemens or Heidenhain controls (experience with at least one system required).
• Interpret technical drawings and machining plans.
• Plan machining strategy including order of operations and tooling.
• Perform accurate measurements and ensure proper fixturing of workpieces.
• Work with various materials, primarily cast iron castings.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality machining outcomes.
