Site Manager and Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • With at least 3-year experience in Construction/Structural or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Microsoft Projects/Office is an advantage
  • Can drive 4 wheels vehicle is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Assist office staff in maintaining files and databases and Monitors office operations
  • Tracks supply inventory and approves supply orders
  • Supervise all administration personnel
  • Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project
  • Designing plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AUTOCAD and CIVILCAD
    reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
  • Communicating with the client, architects, engineers and supervisors to address project requirements, provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction
  • Foster a positive work environment, providing leadership, guidance and support to the team and encouraging productivity making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules and change orders
  • Maintaining quality control procedures and finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up
  • Assessing and minimizing risk and writing reports and keeping on top of paper works
