ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of guest services and/or recreation management experience, preferably with a residential compound, children entertainment center, event planner, circus, or school.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience.
- Computer proficiency – Intermediate user of Microsoft Office Applications required, and workable knowledge of design software such Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Corel Design Applications.
- Creativity as pertaining to the development recreational programs.
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent grooming standards, and professional appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and carry out various arts and crafts, fun-fitness, and gaming recreational activities for children and adults residing on the compound.
- Prepare lists of required supplies to carry out compound events and activities, and initiate purchasing processes accordingly.
- Maintain a database of well-established recreational service providers, event organizers, as well as suppliers of materials and props for arts and crafts activities, and parties.
- Book well-established service providers and event organizers to conduct activities and events for residents on the compound, and supervise as they deliver services.
- Ensure that appropriate cleaning of venue is conducted after each activity or event.
- Produce and publish in the compound newsletter, diverse community related content that entertains, and maintains residents informed on scheduled community activities and events on and off the compound.
- Create and post fliers of compound-organized events on digital and physical bulletin boards, and manage RSVP lists accordingly.
- Assist with School Bus Parent Monitor Program, and scheduling for shopping bus shuttles.
- Participate in the Clubhouse Ambassador Rotation Program to meet and greet residents, and learn about their concerns.
- Provide assistance to the Leasing Team if/when required.
- Deputize for the Clubhouse and Services Manager in his absence.
