Qualifications:

• Proven ability to manage food inventory, menu planning, and kitchen hygiene compliance.
• Skilled in international cuisines, with attention to guest dietary requirements and preferences.
• Strong leadership skills to supervise kitchen staff, provisioning, and food safety protocols.
• Ability to adapt menus based on location, seasonality, and available supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare diverse menus
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth galley operations during cruise schedules
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards per HACCP and maritime health regulations
• Manage inventory, provisioning, and storage of food supplies on board
• Coordinate with hospitality and service teams to deliver excellent guest experiences
