Electrical Technician
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Electrical Engineering or any related course
- Minimum work experience of 3 years in Oil and Gas or Refinery industry
- Knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of refinery
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installing and repairing complex electrical control, wiring and lighting systems working from a technical blueprint.
- Carry out electrical according to the instructions of the Foreman.
- Confirm and record the electrical inspection status during work.
- Electrical actual work, troubleshooting of motor control, check winding resistance, check of Insulation Resistance Test (IR Test) or Megger test.
- To ensure healthiness of the overall insulation system of Electrical equipment and disconnection of terminal motor and reconnection as per the request of client, troubleshooting of lightning systems etc.
