Foreman (Auto Mechanic)

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least Master Diagnostic Technician Certification in automotive service or higher
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Can coordinate with Service Advisors and other departments to maintain smooth workflow and accurate communication
  • Proven skills in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and workshop supervision
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively guide teams
  • Detail-oriented and committed to safety and service quality
  • Thrives in fast-paced settings and handles pressure well
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Quality Control (QC) checks on all units under general repair to ensure Fix It Right the first time and eliminate back jobs.
  • Ensure fair and efficient distribution of workload to technicians based on skill level, availability, and job complexity.
  • Diagnose complex repair issues and assist technicians by providing expert guidance and service procedures
