CNC Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate / ALS Certified with related trainings or certificates.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating 4- to 5-axis CNC machines programmed using a CAM system.
• Experience operating machines using Siemens, Heidenhain, or Fanuc control panels.
• Basic knowledge of G-code or CNC programming is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and mechanical aptitude.
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines (milling, turning, drilling, or grinding) to manufacture precision parts.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Set up machinery, tools, and fixtures according to job specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Measure and inspect finished components using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report any malfunctions or defects.
• Follow all safety protocols and standard production procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
