SPACE ALLOCATION ADMINISTRATOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, customer management skills
  • Fluent command in English, able to handle pressure and act with discretion in resolving conflicts/issued to respect deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor space allocation/relocation request, plans and coordinates all neom user relocations, ensures that all neom user relocations
    are delivered on time and to the satisfaction of the neom representees
  • Inputs new and revised information into the computerized or automated system based in approved requests and departure notifications
  • Processes space allocation/relocation requests according to pertinent standards, policies and guidelines, provides information or report on
    current room utilization and occupancy

Requirements:
