MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, administration or facility management
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics
• Effective communications and people management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Adequate response to a variety of facility issues to include plumbing, electrical roofing and other carpentry emergencies
• Day to day management and responsibility for delivering maintenance to mechanical and electrical services, plant and equipment building fabric
  grounds and gardens
• Overall plants equipment uptime 3) maintains documentation on all equipment building infrastructure such as machine manuals electric circuit
  diagrams , hydraulic- pneumatic circuit diagrams assembly drawings spare list preventive and emergency
• Breakdown work orders/ instructions 4) maintains spare part inventory and reorders material
