WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• HRM/Culinary graduates OR with 1 – year relevant experience
• English communication skills and cheerful personality
• Fresh Graduates with OJT experience acceptable

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and guiding them to their tables.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately, ensuring they are communicated to the kitchen promptly.
• Being knowledgeable about the menu and offering recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and making sure their needs are met.
• Accurately processing payments and ensuring proper cashier procedures.
• Working effectively with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and staff.
• Paying attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking, service, and bill processing.
• Being patient and attentive to customers’ needs and concerns.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Assisting with setting up the restaurant before service, restocking supplies, and cleaning up after service
• Addressing customer complaints and ensuring positive resolution.
• Offering menu specials, suggesting appetizers, desserts, or drinks to increase sales.
