General Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

• With at least 2 years of related work experience in facility and equipment maintenance/repair.
• Should have TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificates in Electrical Installation & Maintenance / Plumbing / HVAC / Carpentry.
• Should be competent in performing routine maintenance around the building, such as fixing structural damage.
• Should be competent in plumbing, repairing leaks to avoid water damage.
• Should be competent in working on damaged electrical wiring when a short circuit or severed wires occur.
• Should be knowledgeable in maintaining the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly.
• Must be competent and knowledgeable in performing preventive maintenance & measures to the building/warehouse to reduce the risk of future problems.
• Must be competent in ensuring any mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected before driving.
• Should be competent in fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
• Must be competent in mixing and application of paint when old paint becomes faded or chipped.
• Should be keen on the use of navigational tools such as Google Maps or other GPS
  Tools.
• Should be keen on troubleshooting minor issues of the vehicle.
• Good English communication, both verbal & written.
• Newly renewed passport

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary starts at Php 57,000.00 gross monthly, more or less.
• Thirty-Eight (38) hours for 5 days work – Sunday included (overtime will be additionally paid as per Cyprus Law).
• Accommodation will be provided by the employer with a deduction as per the Cyprus Labor Law.
• Two (2) years contract, renewable.
