Heavy Duty Mechanic

Qualifications:

• Experience in open-pit mining and mobile plant maintenance.
• Minimum of 5 years post-apprenticeship experience in a relevant trade.
• Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical or equivalent qualification.
• Current driver’s license; High Risk License and Senior First Aid are desirable.
• Physically fit; Must able to communicate using English Language
• Diagnose faults and breakdowns across Heavy Mining Equipment and LV Fleet; experience with Caterpillar trucks and Hitachi diggers preferred.
