Shutdown Logistic Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry or petrochemical industry.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Computer literacy and a good knowledge of standard office software.
• Proven ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal / coordination skills and the ability to engage multifunctional groups.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the Shutdown Logistic plan (rundown plan) identifying the various shutdown logistics involved and reviews existing site facilities & their conditions of use.
• Ensure effective safety and security procedures are in place and monitor compliance to ensure safety and security of personnel by interfacing with HSE&Q group.
• Ensure all lifting equipment & operators have the right certification & registrations and Co-ordinate with internal Contracts section on addressing and managing equipment onsite.
• Coordinate with Materials section on pre shutdown material movements to support Operations efficiencies.
• Establish all sanitary & waste collections points and manage ensuring hygienic maintenance of facilities and sites with timely disposal of sewage.
• Establish adequate shelter locations & water supply system for planned shutdowns activities.
• Assist inspectors during crane movements & lifting arrangements following regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate the allocation of Radios & spares; liaise with IT Telecoms group for frequency requirements based on job requirements.
• Support vendors during all phases of the planned shutdown to ensure logistics and interface efficiencies at all times.
• Monitor and renew RCRs (Reservation Change Requests) & Asset Team Opportunity Registration Form (ATORFs) for reservation of plots.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
