MENTAL HEALTH NURSE 3

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• With experience hospital setting

Responsibilities:

• Provides specialized nursing care to individuals with mental health conditions, focusing on assessment, treatment planning, and patient education, often in a hospital or community setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, including gathering patient history, identifying symptoms, and evaluating risk factors.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
