Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in 4-5 star hotels.
• Excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and direct them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and waitlists.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff regarding orders and any issues.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  Manage seating charts and optimize table flow.
