Accounting Clerk

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Knowledgeable in Accounts Payable
• Good command of written and spoken English and interpersonal skills.
• An ex-Hyundai employee is preferrable.
• Proven accounting experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
• Preparing checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports.
• Type accurately, prepare, and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions into the database.
• Research, track, and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Responding appropriately to a vendor, client, and internal requests
