ELECTRICAL TESTING & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
  • 8-10 years in installation, maintenance and testing of electrical equipment (Transformers, MV/LV, Switchboards, A/C, UPS, DC UPS, etc.;
  • Preference for candidates with Gulf & Offshore experience, COMPLEX & UPDA Grade-A certification;
  • Proficient in electrical drawings, schematics, datasheets, specifications and international standards;
  • Knowledge in project management, construction, planning, site surveys, feasibility studies and progress monitoring;
  • Experience in MTO verification and coordination with engineering teams;
  • Expertise in testing MV/LV switchboards, transformers, (SFRA, Tan-Delta, Victor group tests) relays, control panels and protection systems using OMICRON tools;
  • Familiarity with test equipment like CMC-256, Freja 549, CPC-100, IR tester, VLF and HV Hipot kits;
  • Conducting high-voltage cable test and commissioning activities for Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas and Offshore projects.
