STAFF NURSE

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• English language skills proficient in speaking and writing, Arabic language is beneficial
  accurate in documentation and reporting
• Kind, compassionate, and understanding the individual patient’s needs
• Ability to effectively work with patient’s families and professional colleagues

Responsibilities:

• Assist the physician in the clinic in the delivery of patient service
• Assist the physician in the clinic according to standards of OPD Nursing Procedures
• Implement standard nursing care as per hospital policy and accreditation standards
• Provide competent, compassionate and culturally sensitive care to all patients at all times in a safe clean environment
• Adhere to infection policies at all times
• Checks and records patients’ vital sign, height and weight
• Do accurate documentation according to scope and of practice
• Initiates requisitions for diagnostics, consultative and therapeutic departments.
• Endorses pertinent information to in-patient nursing staff by using SBAR Tool if there is an admission
• Completes and renewed all required trainings and competencies
• Communicates with HN regarding any problems and usual events/ or occurrence in the clinic.
• Reports any deficiencies to the HN
