CNC Lathe Operator

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and G-code programming.
• Understanding of basic mechanical concepts like rotation, feed rates, and cutting forces.
• Proficiency with CNC control software and programming interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) lathe machine.
• Studying blueprints and engineering drawings to understand part specifications.
• Writing CNC programs using G-code to control the machine’s movements and cutting actions.
• Loading and unloading workpieces onto the lathe.
• Monitoring the machine during operation, checking for any errors or malfunctions.
• Cleaning and lubricating the CNC lathe regularly
