Our employer is in need of the following position for Kuwait:
AREA MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years of experience for the same field.
- Must have an experience to handle multiple branch
Responsibilities:
- The position has a key role in maximizing the sales and profitability of each store in the covered area of responsibility including monitoring business performance and sales targets; broadening awareness of specific markets and competitors’ activities
- Ensures that the stores and their premises are maintained to company standards/franchise standards, policies and procedures
- Monitors sales performance and sets and achieves sales/profit targets
- Maintains and continuously improves standards of customer service and other areas across the business unit
- Works with the management team in contributing to short and long-term organizational planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence
Requirements:
- Valid passport ( 2 years validity)
