Surveying Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s / College Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field
  • Proven experience as a Surveying Engineer, especially in civil infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
  • Proficiency in using survey instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, and 3D laser scanners
  • Physical fitness and endurance to perform field surveys, including walking long distances, climbing, and carrying survey equipment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in challenging outdoor environments

Responsibilities:

  • Manage surveying activities for property development projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Utilize survey equipment, such as total stations, GPS receivers, and 3D laser scanners, to conduct accurate measurements and collect data related to topography, boundaries, and existing structures.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of survey equipment to guarantee accurate measurements and reliable performance
