GYM COACH/PERSONAL TRAINING

Qualifications:

• Female only
• Understanding of human body mechanics, muscle groups, and joint movements.
• Familiarity with different training methods, exercise progressions, and adaptations.
• Ability to clearly explain exercises, provide feedback, and build rapport with clients.
• Inspiring and motivating clients to reach their fitness goals

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial fitness evaluations to understand client goals, limitations, and current fitness level.
• Develop individualized exercise programs tailored to each client’s needs, including strength training, cardio, flexibility exercises, and proper progression.
• Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises, providing clear explanations and modifications as needed.
• Track client progress through regular assessments, adjusting workout plans as necessary.
• Offer encouragement, positive feedback, and accountability to help clients stay motivated throughout their fitness journey.
• Ensure clients use equipment safely, address any concerns, and be prepared to provide emergency first aid if needed.
• Lead group exercise classes like Zumba, yoga, spin, or bootcamps, adapting routines to different fitness levels.
• Maintain open communication with clients, addressing questions and concerns regarding their workouts.

• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
