Process Engineer

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, at least 25 years old.
• Graduate of Engineering or a related Technical Course.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in an OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) factory.
• Solid work experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes is required.
• Good command of Business English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), process validation, yield improvement, and quality control methodologies is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes to achieve high product quality, yield, and production efficiency.
• Analyze production data and process performance to identify improvement opportunities and reduce defects.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support new product introduction (NPI), process qualification, validation, and production transfer activities.
• Collaborate with production, equipment, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical and manufacturing issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations, yield losses, and equipment-related concerns.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, engineering reports, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor key process parameters and ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and manufacturing reliability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality management systems, environmental regulations, and workplace safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel when required.
• Perform other engineering duties assigned by management.
