Qualifications:

• Female
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Previous experience in a similar kitchen position (e.g., Commis 2, Kitchen Assistant) is preferred but not essential.
• Strong passion for cooking and learning new culinary skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and take direction.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
• Ensure all ingredients are prepared according to specifications and are fresh for daily use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas.
• Follow the daily prep lists and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Assist in plating and presenting dishes to meet restaurant standards.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and maintained.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in regular kitchen meetings and training sessions.
• Help with stock rotation to minimize waste.

• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
