Aureol Global Connections is hiring Senior Quantity Surveyor for a reputable employer in Ireland.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all cost management aspects of a project
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities based on project drawings and specifications.
- Manage contract documents, including variations orders and change management processes
