Waiter

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waiter or in the food and beverage industry is preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with others.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in the dining area.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage choices.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring a high level of presentation and customer satisfaction.
• Check in with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns or requests.
• Prepare and process guest bills, handling cash and payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and accurate service.
• Follow all hotel health and safety regulations

Requirements Needed:

• Updated Resume with recent clear photo
• High School Diploma if High School Graduate
• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
• Passport copy (1 year valid)
