JUNIOR COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Engineering (Civil) or similar fields.
- Proficient in SAP for accounting
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of contract law, construction contract, and legal implication
- Ability to manage project budgets, analyze financial data and make strategic financial decisions
- Ability to negotiate and managing contract effectively.
- Understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, cost analysis and reporting.
- Familiar with risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing risk mitigation measures.
- Strong negotiation skills for dealing with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other stake holders to achieve favorable terms.
- Understanding of project management principles and methodology.
- Ability to coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Effective communication with internal teams, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts.
- Capacity to build and maintain strong relationship with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and industry professionals.
- Knowledge in using financial tools and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal in English language.
- Reconciliation and of complete charges to other sites of all resources and costs.
- Budget projection and analysis on a quarterly basis.
- Support procurement and logistics for material related to project requirement
