ICT Solutions Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of server and storage technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server.
• Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.
• Good understanding of network implementation and configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as VCP/CCNA/MCSA/MCSE
• Any other industrial certification will be added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage server and storage solutions.
• Configure and maintain Windows Server environments
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Plan, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
• Collaborate with other IT team members to support and enhance the overall IT infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
