COOK C (ASIAN & INTERNATIONAL CUISINE)

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years proven Asian & international culinary experience as a Cook C.
• Candidates with international kitchen experience working in international & multi- cultural settings are preferred.
• Must be able to showcase adaptability to diverse culinary styles and practices.
• Must have a strong understanding of cooking techniques and food preparation.
• Must have a TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificate in Cookery.
• Must have effective Customer Service Skills with a commitment to high-quality food presentation and flavor, ensuring that every dish meets the restaurant’s standards for excellence.
• Must have a strong work ethic as reliability, efficiency and dedication to delivering exceptional food is crucial.
• Must be competent in working efficiently under pressure while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with Kitchen Staff and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Must be competent in the preparation of ingredients and cooking dishes in the Hot & Cold sections according to restaurant standards.
• Must be able to follow recipes precisely to ensure consistency and quality of food, reporting any issues with food quality to the supervisor.
• Must be competent in ensuring ingredients and final food products are fresh and rotate food stock.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available for service.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to maintain food safety and quality
