ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Qualifications

Male applicants are preferred
Minimum of 3 years work experience
Knowledge of electrical design standards, LV/MV systems, and protection systems
Knowledge in AUTOCAD, MS Office and electrical designs software.

Responsibilities

Design, plan, and implement electrical systems for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
Prepare, technical drawings, SLDs (Single Line Diagrams) lay out, and load schedules
Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, lighting and control systems
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely technical support to site teams
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, civil, etc) and contractor to ensure project integration
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material submittals, and evalaute supplier qoutations
Ensure all electrical work aligns with local codes, international standards 9EIC, NEC) andclient specifications
Participate in project meetings, progress reviews and prepare status reports.
