Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Technical Fields or equivalent
- Formal training or certification in the use of equipment related to the field of public works
- Basic computer skills such as word processing, spreadsheets and internet use
- A basic knowledge of the principles of fiber optics
- Knowledge of equipment, tools and approaches used in fiber optic operations and deployment procedures.
