INJECTION MOULDING TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • With at least 2 years of experience in plastic injection moulding preferably from Plastic Pipe Fittings (PVC, PPR, HDPE, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of injection production troubleshooting
  • With experience in machine set-up, parameter adjustment, and plastic defects troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

  • Operating equipment: Setting up, monitoring, and operating plastic injection-molding machines
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing issues with the equipment, materials, or process
  • Maintaining equipment: Performing maintenance and repairs on the equipment, and keeping tools and equipment organized
  • Ensuring standards are met: Making sure mold set up, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are met
