Extrusion Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• With at least 2 years’ experience in plastic pipe extrusion (PVC, PPR, HDPE, etc.) or from plastic telecommunication or electrical ducting pipes (Polyethylene Corrugated and Microducts)

Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge of injection production troubleshooting and knowledge of plastic raw materials
• With experience in machine set-up, parameter adjustment, and plastic defects troubleshooting
• Set up, operate, and maintain extrusion machinery to produce high-quality products.
• Overseeing the production of tubular shapes like rods and hoses
• Following health and safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Measuring raw materials and feeding them into the machines
• Responsible for ensuring that production is efficient, quality standards are met, and safety is maintained
