DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE (ITALIAN CUISINE)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a premium dining establishment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Fluency in English is a must, a college or culinary diploma is required.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Sous Chef in all aspects of food preparation and service.
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Assisting in stock control and ordering supplies.
• Managing and training junior members of the team.
• Ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standards.
• Collaborating with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid passport ( 2 years validity)
