AUTOMATION ENGINEER (FOOD & BEVERAGE INDUSTRY)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), HMI design, SCADA systems, and industrial automation software.
- Strong understanding of food production processes, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety standards.
- Relevant certifications in automation or control systems (e.g., Certified Automation Professional, Control Systems Technician) are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems within our food and beverage production facility.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our production processes are efficient, reliable, and scalable. Your expertise will help us optimize our operations and maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Integrate automated systems with existing production lines, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
- Create and maintain PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs, HMI (Human-Machine Interface) configurations, and other control systems.
