WORKSHOP FOREMAN (Electrical & Instrument)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience
  • Workshop experience on the rotating equipment to fix and overhauling in the workshop.

Responsibilities:

  • An electrical and instrumentation foreman manages the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and instrument systems in a workshop.
  • They lead a team of technicians, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and safety.
  • Workshop experience on the Electrical & Instrument equipment’s to fix and overhauling in the workshop as Supervisor.
  • Supervising staff: Providing guidance, training, and feedback to staff, and conducting performance reviews Assigning work: Allocating work to staff and ensuring work is completed on time and to quality standards
  • Monitoring work: Inspecting work in progress and completed repairs, and ensuring deadlines are met Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, and providing technical expertise to staff
  • Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling maintenance and repair projects Maintaining records: Updating service records, including work orders, repair logs, and customer information
  • Ensuring safety: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborating with others: Working with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction Implementing new processes
