GRAVITY CIRCUIT OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Experience in Gold Gravity circuit operation and familiar with gold Mine processing
• Experience with SCADA and HMIs control systems
• Possess good analytical and problem[1]solving skills.
• Sound communication skills and computer literacy in Windows applications (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Physically fit, can-do shift work and Follow all Quality system protocol
• Have GCC Experience (PREFERRED)

Responsibilities:

• Gravity Circuit Operations control through HMIs for the process parameters such as flowrates, volumes, setpoints etc.,
• Ensure GC plant checks and monitoring related to cyanide compliance are maintained including routine maintenance and operational checks for online instruments.
• Adhere to the operations Established standard procedures for operation.
• Starting up, shutting down, and troubleshooting operation systems
• Conducting performance tests that is measuring the production rates, quality of a system output.
• Able to adjust equipment operating setpoints with the guidance of SOPs and Lead supervisor.
• Operation of the Intensive Gold Leaching and Electro winning of the gravity gold concentrate produced.
• Conduct daily Sampling of the batches produced as per required timelines and Keeping record (Logbook) of the cycles completed for Metal accounting purposes.
• Maintain good Housekeeping within the workplace areas.
• Equipment monitoring through checklist to alert maintenance for any deviations
• Maintain a high level of health, safety and environmental awareness and comply with all relevant Maaden policies & procedures.
