Administration Manager

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to effectively interact with different types of people
• Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
• Ability to Scheduling and Planning meetings and Strong leadership skills
• With organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of recruitment and performance management process
• Prepare contracts between employees and the company
• Maintain with policy and procedures development and review
• Manage staff personnel files and relevant records.
• Assist office staff in maintaining files and databases
• Monitors office operations
• Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
• Supervise all administrative personnel
• Preparing correspondence on General Managers behalf
• Planning and organising meetings
• Organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
• Drafting communications on your Managing Director’s behalf
