COOK (ASIAN FOOD)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• 5 years of proven experience in a similar position.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Recipe Card follow up while preparing of meal as per SOP procedures.
• Ensure Hygiene & Cleanliness is maintained a high degree of personal Cleanliness and will confirm to good hygiene practices during all working period in the Food Service facility.
• Checks all food production equipment’s for safe and proper operation and uses according to Material safety data sheet.
• Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods, present, garnish and arrange final dishes.
• Constant attention must be paid to Safe Work Practices, immediately addressing any unsafe act witnessed. This applies to all Food & service staffs.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as boilers, ovens, grills and fryers, ETC.
