EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office Suite Proficiency is a must. (Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. TOEFL: 80 or IELTS:6.5 or Duolingo English Test or any Certificate of Proficiency in English.
- Experience with project management software e.g Asana, Trello
- Knowledge of specific industry or company terminology.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements; coordinate with stakeholders.
- Draft, edit and proofread documents; manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials and take minutes; follow-up on action items.
- Book travel , prepare itineraries and manage expense reports.
- Conduct research, analyze data and prepare reports.
- Assist with special projects, track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage office supplies, handle calls and maintain confidential files.
