Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• With good English Communication in both speaking and writing

Responsibilities:

• Assisting passengers with any problems they may have with their travel;
• Communication and cooperation with other areas of passenger service, check-in, boarding lost luggage service, ticketing, etc.;
• Collecting invoicing user fees from partners/ passengers paring by non-bank transfer;
• Height requirement by the employer, candidates must be 5’6 tall
