Production Manager

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of carpentry, woodworks, stage construction, trusses, and printing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to quickly address production issues on-site.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of event production, including carpentry, wood works, stage setups, trusses and printing.
• Develop production timelines and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Supervise and lead a team of carpenters, technicians, and production staff.
• Delegate tasks and ensure the team works efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Oversee procurement of materials for wood works, stage setups, and printing needs.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and ready for use.
• Ensure all woodwork, carpentry, printing, and stage setups meet high-quality standards.
• Review designs and production processes to ensure alignment with event requirements.
• Supervise the setup and dismantling of stages, trusses, and other production elements on-site.
• Address any issues or adjustments that arise during installation.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure production stays within financial limits.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to manage costs effectively
