Revenue Manager

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years in revenue management within the hospitality sector, preferably at the managerial level.
• Experience in luxury resorts or hotels would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data sets, with proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
• The ability to think strategically and make informed decisions based on market conditions and business performance.
• A proactive, adaptable approach to changes in market dynamics, with a commitment to achieving results.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu design, and wine pairings.

Responsibilities:

• As the Revenue Manager, your primary objective will be to optimize all revenue-generating opportunities within the resort.
• You will lead the development and execution of pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and inventory management to maximize profitability.
• Working collaboratively with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall performance of the hotel.
