CNC Grinding Operator

Qualifications:

• Proficient in operating surface and rotary CNC grinding machines.
• Experience in setting up CNC grinding programs.
• Ability to machine components to precise specifications.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Familiarity with Heidenhain programming preferred.
• Proficient with measurement tools (micrometers, calipers).
• Mechanical engineering education required

Responsibilities:

• Perform grinding on a surface or rotary cnc grinding machine.
• Set up a program for grinding parts, setting up cnc machines.
• Machining components using cnc grinding machines and equipment with an emphasis on maintaining the desired shape, dimensions and surface quality.
• Checking product parameters and following the drawing documentation.

Requirements:

• Updated CV/Resume
• Passport Copy
• DFA Apostille NBI Clearance MUST be valid minimum 11 months
• High School or College Diploma
• Certificate of Employment
