Assistant Maintenance Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in printer maintenance, with a focus on CIJ, laser, and TT printers.
• Strong technical knowledge of printer components, troubleshooting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of printer components, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnoses problems and causes of machine breakdown and malfunction with commensurate proper solutions, and prepares necessary materials to fix, to repair, and/or to replace defective machine parts.
• Identifies electrical spare parts and supplies that are necessary to replace defective parts, and reviews the machine electrical diagrams by referring to the machine maintenance manuals and/or installation blueprints.
• Coordinates with the customer production engineer and other production staff about the cause/s of breakdown, the condition of the machine after fixing the problem, and necessary reminders in running the machine to avoid the fast re-occurrence of problem
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends, optimize processes, and reduce downtime.
  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of printer maintenance, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
