CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in construction management, preferably within the interior fit-out industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, standards, and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven track record as a successful CM in a fit-out contracting business
- Very good knowledge of the KSA market (i.e., the network of clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers)
- Successful track record of working on all types of projects. e.g., hospitality, F&B, retail, entertainment, health, education
- A very good knowledge of latest developments in the fit-out market. The candidate should be well-versed with the current trends and news influencing market and be able to suggest ideas to boost the Company’s industry presence and build our brand
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational market environment
