HVAC SENIOR TECHICIAN
Qualifications:
- For male applicants
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- College degree preferred, high school diploma is required or equivalent.
- Extensive HVAC Maintenance Experience. (3-5 Years)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC repair and installation and 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Must be able to read and understand schematic drawings, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Two years related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
- Possess knowledge of safety and environmental issues as they relate to Facility Maintenance.
