MARBLE INSTALLER

Qualifications:

• Have experience handling and installing marble, granite, quartz, and other stone flooring, walling &
  counter tops.
• Have experience in cutting stone, polishing/ edging stone, and creating unnoticeable seams.
• Have a high attention to detail and takes pride in installing products while minimizing product defects in
  order to meet the level of Client installation satisfaction.
• Understands drawings, designing and creating layouts/ dimensions based on drawings.
• Prepares surfaces prior to beginning work.
• Cuts or breaks materials using hammers, power drills, and/or hand tools.
• Lays stone, tile, marble, granite, etc. following plans or shop drawings.
• Installs walls, floors, countertops, partitions, and other related structures or surfaces for both Commercial
  and Residential Interior and Exterior, as per industry standards.
• Be able to fabricate in field and repair any chips, scratches or defects in materials as needed.
• Attach and install countertops, drill holes for fixture as needed.
• Verify integrity of new or existing substrates.
• Must be able to successfully install and complete all projects, ensure that all joints are properly done, all
  splashes are caulked, all holes are drilled, and all counters are cleaned and sealed.
• Inspect that jobsite is thoroughly cleaned, both inside and outside, prior to leaving.
• Must be able to professionally speak with contractors when at the job sites to coordinate & resolve
  installation issues.
• Must inform Superintendent of all issues or delays occurring at job sites as well as communicate any
  changes to the schedule.
• Ability to work overtime occasionally/ as needed to meet Project deadlines.
• Ability to use power tools, handling them safely and guiding other workers if needed.
• Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time and be able to comfortably lift heavy objects.
• Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadline pressures.

• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
