Qualifications:

• 30-40 years old, team leadership and management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the fiber optic field
• Willing to travel
• Strong compliance and teamwork skills
• Willing to work extended hours
• Ability to work under pressure
• Degree in Electronic communications engineer
• Greek preferred, fluent English communication
• Certifications: Working at Heights Certification, High Voltage Work Certification, Electrician’s License and Driving License

Responsibilities:

• Experience and knowledge in Fiber Optic technology and be proficient in conducting technical site surveys.
• Responsibilities include the installation of new cables both underground and aerial, testing using a variety of equipment, and recording results.
• The candidate must follow specific workmanship instructions, multitask efficiently, and be receptive to changing priorities.
• Developing a strategy to help the team reach targets, preparing material requirement lists for installations after surveys, and communicating with clients on-site to find solutions are also key tasks.
• The role involves leading and clearly communicating information to team members, providing assistance to co-workers in specific situations, and reporting to the Project Manager properly and timely. Basic technical knowledge of power equipment is essential.
