Qualifications:

• 27-40 years old
• Males and Females
• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role in a commercial bakery
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Experience with baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts
• Ability to create visually appealing and delicious baked goods
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Bake different types of assorted breads including sourdough, ciabatta, baguettes, and specialty loaves
• Make a variety of pastries such as tarts, danishes, croissants, and other French baked goods
• Ensure consistency and high quality of all baked goods and pastries
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assemble sandwiches and other bakery items as per recipes and customer orders

Initial requirements:

• Passport (at least 5yrs expiration)
• Resume with detailed job description (Hard & Soft Copy in MS Word Format) including parents whole name
• PSA Birth Certificate
